What brought you to the Network Life Center?
I had made a commitment to myself that I would finally do whatever was necessary to know and express my true self, my essence. I was also desperate to rid myself of constant headaches and other pain that I’d lived with for decades.
What did you experience during your first few visits that made you want to start care here?
The headaches subsided! I felt able to breathe more easily and deeply, and I started having mental and emotional insights that encouraged me to believe that I was on the right track.
What has changed in your body and/or life since you started care?
Physically, I’ve noticed changes in the way I stand and walk, that any pain that I get is less severe and goes away more quickly. I’ve gone through numerous difficult life challenges since beginning the practice, and have not only been able to weather them, but have gained tremendous insight into my process as a result. I have kept my commitment to myself despite the pain of letting go and the difficulty of recognizing and eliminating false beliefs. I have a much more positive outlook and am learning to appreciate my intrinsic value.
What is it that keeps you coming back to the Network Life Center?
Aside from the physical benefits that I am experiencing, I know that I can’t stop this process! It has become my mission to fully know, appreciate, and express my true nature. There is always more “work” to be done, and I want to live the rest of my life on a journey of awakening, understanding, and wisdom.
During your time here, have you had any insights about your body and/or about life that you think would be important for others in the World to understand?
Although I’ve known about it for years, I now really understand the value and necessity of mindfulness of the moment, and awareness of the space between moments while withholding judgment of either. That’s where my true essence lives.
